Commercial projects usually require state inspections and permits as well as bonding which is not a problem.

The commercial building process changes with each project.  Some of the things that affect the process are:

• Are we the general contractor or are we working as a sub-contractor?
• The type of construction, whether we are using logs, lumber, concrete or steel.
