It is a good idea to begin talking to a lending professional early in the process and they can “prequalify” you to see how much money will be available to you once we are ready to start. We will gladly recommend lenders to you based on the type of home you are building and the ones we have had good luck with in the past. If you already have a lender, that is fine. We have worked with many different ones both in state and out of state.
If you already have your property selected, it is a good idea for us to meet you there. There are times when, because of the formation of the land, the design of the home is affected. If we know these things early enough in the process we can make recommendations on the design so you can still get the floor plan you want.
