Construction
The construction process is a rewarding time as you begin to see your dreams become a reality.
By now we will have defined what our scope of work will be, whether we are doing a turn-key job for you or only a partial construction and you will be doing some of the work. If you wish we can gladly start at the very beginning and install the infrastructure such as the:
- Driveway
- Site Prep
- Well (if required)
- Septic (if required)
If you already have this infrastructure in we can start with building the home.
Our job supervisors are always available to answer any questions you have on the steps we are taking. Our job supervisors will coordinate the construction that we are responsible for to make sure that it is done in an efficient and timely manor.
It all starts with some guidance stakes to mark the driveway into your property and ends after your home is built and we have done a “Walk-Through” with you to be sure the home is as you envisioned it. Of course there are many steps in between which all fall into place.
As we said before, we will gladly answer any questions you may have through out the process.
