Final Choices
This is the stage where you will choose specific colors and shapes. Some of the things you will choose are:
- flooring
- paint
- stain
- trim
Also the exterior colors will be determined such as siding and shingles, or whatever material you have chosen. You will meet with some of the trade personal to go over items such as:
- plumbing fixtures
- electrical wiring
- heating/air conditioning system
If, after you have picked a color, you decide to change your mind we will try to work with you. Often we can make the changes unless the material has been ordered. If you are not ready to make a decision on a specific item at this meeting we may be able to wait on some items that won't be needed until later in the building process.
After as many of the choices have been made that you are ready to make we can move to the Construction phase.
