Throughout the process of designing and choosing materials the subject of budgets and pricing will probably have come up.

We offer several different kinds of contracts so we have one that will work for you. We do not price our homes by the square foot, rather we arrive at your final price by adding all of the individual components together. We feel this gives you a better price for your project and allows you the opportunity to include the products you want and you won't be restricted to staying within the confines of a square foot price.

After we have arrived at the final price you are ready to finalize your financing with your lender. After the contract is signed you are ready to begin your Final Choices phase.
