H&H Custom Homes, LLC. Has become known as one of the best post frame builders in the industry. Some people refer to post frame buildings as barns, sheds, pole barns, garages or other names. A post frame building simply means that there is not a concrete footer around the perimeter of the building for it to set on but rather there are posts that go down in the ground below the frost line that set on concrete to support the building. H&H Custom Homes has built many of these structures, anywhere from small storage sheds to large horse barns and riding arenas with finished rooms for living quarters. They can even have insulation in them to make them easier to heat as well as have concrete floors.

You may need only a small storage shed to keep the lawn mower and the camper in or you may want a large barn with a riding area and box stalls for your horses. Some people like to have a shop to work in. There are many types of agriculture and livestock facilities we can build such as for dairy purposes, or farm equipment storage or whatever other need you may have. A lot of people like to have us build their post frame buildings around the same time we build their home so it's all done at once and we can also offer a cost savings this way.

There are many ways you can make a post frame fit your needs. Maybe you need a loft or a durable interior surface. We can do that. Sliding doors, overhead garage doors, folding doors, swinging doors, electrical wiring, plumbing and HVAC are all available. We can even use a log/timber frame look to match your setting. We can even set them in a hillside!

Since each post frame structure is a little different we will need to meet with you to determine what you want. If you're not sure, we can make suggestions based on our experience. After we know what you need and what type of material you want such as the siding and roofing we can price it out. We do not price our post frame buildings by the square foot, rather we price them by adding up all the components it takes to build them to arrive at the price. Some people like to do some of the work on their buildings so they can be more involved or maybe save some money. It is also common to construct the building and then put the floor and interior finish in at a later date.
